The wine cellar in the underground benefits from the freshness of the ground and is dominated by a clever variety of colours. The walls shin in yellow, red and blue – three colours representing our white and red wines. But it’s not only design that matters: our cellars are constructed in an energy-efficient way. Our excellently insulated underground cellar floor has reduced the heating and refrigeration costs to a minimum. This allows us to save energy during the most intensive process of our production chain: the maturation and storage of our wine.
