The foundation of our success is the responsible and sustainable attention we put into our vineyards.

Over the past years, we have constructed many new terraces and rivitalized perfect sites. The best part of our work in the vineyard is last, but not least, the harvesting of the ripe grapes between September and October. In order to respect the perfect ripeness point of every grape, harvesting occurs in several phases. Ripe grapes are harvested, the others remain there until they reach their perfect grade of ripeness. Therewith, we do not intervene in the natural maturation process and leave every grape its time.
